The staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn’t love the lifts and the staircase was a bit off putting. We stayed in a family room, and the kids loved the bunk beds. Lots of city noise in the room though. We enjoyed our stay, the location was excellent and we would stay there again.

Our room had a strange configuration, meaning there was no door to the bathroom. The room was also very dark with little lighting. The room itself (and the bathroom) was a good size. The location was very good - handy for the station and a short walk to the old town centre.
