The hotel is just next to the Alhambra palace. Very convenient for visiting the palace. Room was very clean. The sofa bed has been laid out before we arrived. Very thoughtful! Breakfast was very good. I liked different ways of cooking eggs that you can order. We also ordered lunch to room. The food was ok. But the quantity was not good enough. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall it’s the best place for staying in Granada.

We stayed for 3 nights and whilst the room was nice it was noisy upstairs at the gym. Room was kept clean and we were looked after well. The TV was awful. The sound was very quiet which was a strain and obviously no choice of channels. For 5 Star would have thought it could have been better

The hotel is located in a perfect place. A few steps from the Alhambra. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hope to be back! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant. Un employé nous attendait à l’extérieur pour récupérer notre voiture et a pris soin de monter nos valises. Nous avons été accueilli avec un thé arabe. La chambre était grande et propre. La piscine sur le toit était très agréable et pas très achalandée (début juin).
