It was infested with roaches. They gave us dirty towels, no blanket for the bed. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Solo stay

Jeffery was an outstanding hotel staff member and was very welcoming and helpful with all of my needs during my brief stay, while my apartment was doing fumigation for pest control. AC unit was excellent and provided nice cold air.

The room is filled with roaches. Literally one fell from the sheets. My family and I stayed for about 4 minutes and then ran as fast as we could.

We arrived at the hotel around midnight to check in, and there was no one at the front desk. After calling multiple times with no answer, we spent more than 30 minutes knocking on the window and trying to get someone's attention, but nobody ever came out to assist us. As a result, we were unable to check in and lost the money we paid for the reservation. We then had to leave in the middle of the night and find another hotel. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had while traveling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even for a single night. Completely unacceptable customer service and a very frustrating experience.
