Todo muy lindo lo unico q entre un viernes y me fui el domingo y no hicieron la habitacion el sabado y no hay macrowave en las habitaciones q creo debian haber por lo demas todo super

The rooms were nice, our shower was not clean. The staff at the entrance were super nice (valet). The reception area not so friendly checking in or out. At least a welcome or a goodbye or ask how was your stay? would’ve been great. The pools are pretty cool, although they charge for everything.

Desde que entramos a la recepción nos sentimos muy bien acogidos todos muy amables y pendientes a resolver nuestras inquietudes tuvieron la paciencia de explicarnos todo al detalle, la piscina muy limpia la habitación impecable el servicio de limpieza igual el water park muy divertido 20 de 20 We are so Happy !!!

I didn’t like the pool and the convenience shop closing early. When we came back from the parks we wanted to grab a pizza or something easy and relax by the pool.

Arrived at 2;10 had asked for early check in when booked I know not garenteed but they said our room will be ready shortly just needs inspected waited 1 hour and 30 mins our grandkids 7 and 9 were very disappointed to sit in the lobby that long. Everything else was great. Pool, Breakfast Pizza for dinner very good. Shuttle to restaurants and the H20 Water Park was very convient,
