Stayed at the Adlers for 2 nights on our vacation across Europe. Its location to the metro was a life saver with luggage. The views from our room of the mountains were incredible. Room was minimalistic, but modern, clean, and incredibly quiet. Only complaint is the rooftop bar and restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday, so we did not get to experience that.

Staff and breakfast and the view are awesome! Will come back next time.

Room was clean and staff were great! Had issues with the shower - hopefully maintenance will address this promptly so the next guests can use it.

The hotel and view from the hotel are beautiful! Upon check-in, I was told that breakfast was on the 12th floor and given an information packet. The first morning of my stay I had a small breakfast from the buffet and gave the man my room number with no problem. The second day I had a small breakfast (a couple pieces of fruit, vegetables, and eggs). When the woman came to get my room number after I had already started eating, she told me breakfast was not included for me and it would be 25 euros. I explained that I was not informed of that the day before and she asked "are you sure?" multiple times. I was then charged for the breakfast which was definitely not worth the cost, especially considering the cost of the stay. Though 25 euros is not a large cost, it's disappointing they are not upfront about it and only told me after it was too late for me to get a better breakfast elsewhere.

The staff was so friendly and explained everything well. Breakfast Buffet at the rooftop with the fantastic view was awesome. Very clean too. Very conveniently located. I strongly recommend this hotel !

Staff was kind and so friendly which made our stay pleasant. Room had a smell to it in the bathroom so made our stay a little uncomfortable. Small rooms but close to train station and city !

Great location only a few minutes walk to the train station and a mall including a grocery store. Rooms are lovely with gorgeous big windows showing the mountains and AC was perfect. Also had an excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. I do have to say the pillows were awful offer no support whatsoever. Did have an issue with housekeeping where personal items were moved (I.e clothes were put into my open luggage from a chair, medication also put into the luggage, and toothbrush being moved); do not appreciate the stress of having to look at all my things to make sure nothing was stolen since my personal things were moved around. Overall I do recommend.

My stay at Adlers Hotel Innsbruck was nothing short of exceptional—a true 5-star experience in every sense. The highlight is undoubtedly the breathtaking panoramic view of the Alps from the rooms and the rooftop bar; waking up to that scenery is unforgettable. The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with large glass windows that make you feel connected to the mountains at all times. Cleanliness and comfort were flawless. The location is another major advantage—perfectly situated near the train station and within walking distance of the old town. What truly elevated the experience was the warm and professional service. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, Adlers combines luxury, convenience, and stunning natural beauty seamlessly. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Innsbruck and would gladly return.
