Rooms clean and beds very comfy with the lovely touch of providing plates and cutlery in the room along with the tea and coffee Also walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants

The motel was easy to find but no one at reception, Which if there had been problem no one to help. Limited parking. Bed was comfortable. Shower nice and hot. A bit noisy.

Solo stay

I have been traveling for 7 weeks and have stayed in 14+ hotels in N.Z. and OZ. None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!

Fantastic location opposite main shopping strip and Maccas. Very pleased to see small touches that make the stay comfortable. Eg, curtains were attached to side of window frame so lights at night dont bother us whilst sleeping, night light in bathroom, plates, cutlery and microwave for easy meals. Toaster. Key access was easy. Although close to main road the room was quiet. Smart tv a bonus. All in all, a pleasant stay.

I can’t complement this accommodation enough. Please don’t hesitate to arrange your stay here. Either overnight or for longer. Very comfortable. Tucked away slightly from other accommodation but convenient for local shops, cafes and restaurants. The attention to detail of amenities is 2nd to none… all that you would hope for and more. Also the bed there. I want one. Thank you. Son and Mum

Excellent stay. Accommodation was faultless. Exceptionally clean, great location and added bonus of complimentary upgrade. Spacious and comfortable. Delightful staff. A shame we were only able to stay for one night.
