We had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Sablon. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We arrived around 1:00 pm, well before the 3:00 pm check-in, and after leaving our luggage at reception, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready at 2:00 pm. The thoughtful touches, including chocolates, a welcome note, and cookies at checkout, made us feel genuinely welcome. We stayed in Room 36, which was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a huge bed, three large windows, a mini fridge, and a coffee machine. The spa was a great addition, with easy booking through reception. Just remember to bring your swimsuit. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of hot and cold items, fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon, and even champagne. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short bus ride from the train station followed by a 5–10 minute walk, with a supermarket nearby. A few minor drawbacks: complimentary bottled water in the room would have been appreciated, some floors can be slippery, and the open shower design (without a door) may not suit everyone. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The hotel had a lot of issues with power outages during my stay - the staff tried their best to work hard to make the guests feel comfortable and keep us satisfied. I wish my coffee would’ve been compensated with the issues - I would still stay again.

Staff was wonderful! Unfortunately the elevator was not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. Bruge was having a heat wave and the AC was not able to cool the room. Great location in the center of town.

Beautiful hotel located in a quiet small street right in the heart of central Brugges, perfect location. The room has everything you need, a comfortable bed, great A/C controlled by the guest, not the hotel, rain shower, blackout drapes and a mini bar. All the staff we encountered were all very professional and courteous. We greatly recommend this hotel

I LOVED this hotel. Very chic and beautiful. My room was a single room so it was small but just what I needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. They gave me a box of chocolates at check-in and cookies at checkout, which were nice surprises. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I had questions. My only small issue with the room is that my window looked out directly onto other windows so I felt I always had to keep the curtains closed. Breakfast was decent but I would have liked a little more variety from day to day. The location is great, tucked into a quiet alley but close to dining and attractions. It was very easy to explore on foot.

This place is a real gem, quiet location but within easy walking distance to Markt Square and lots of cafes and restaurants. The hotel has a very welcoming, artistic, comfortable boutique vibe and the staff are oh so helpful. I would look no further were I to return.

Perfect location. Clean and very friendly staff. Nice size rooms. Comfortable beds. Spa included (steam room, sauna and hot tubs).

Sablon is an adorable gem. It is on a quiet street - yet close to everything. The breakfast was lovely and complete. Even a supply of Mimosas. Staff is small, but helpful.

This was a very expensive stay for what it is. In fact the price went up €30 whilst I was booking. The room was basic, the bathroom smelled and the two small windows were high up, making the room rather dark. The advantage is the location.
