This Hotel was absolutely Beautiful. I was well taken care of by the staff and enjoyed the beach pool and opulent views. I would give this Hotel 5/5 stars.

Service is bad. - The staff keep disturbing me for major and minor stuff. Keep calling me for small things even when I press the do not disturb button when I need some silence. - I ordered grab mart and ask them to deliver to my room yet they didn’t send me in the end. - I ask for takeaway cup for my coffee during breakfast the staff said he needs manager approval to do so… isn’t that basic service? I would rather they say No rather than that. - careless service: they gave me coconut in room but no straw. Sop Buntut but no rice. - they need all travellers passport to check out … is it real? It’s 2026 today. - food is good though. The memory pillow was good too. Just service is extremely poor.

This is one or the best places i have ever stayed and would absolutely stay here again. The room, staff, amenities and location are all incredible. The pool is lovely and the food at the onsite restaurant is so good. Especially the amazing bartenders and cocktail program. I also had an amazing time at the spa with one of the best massages of my life.

Amazing. We got a free upgrade and we had the best time ever. All staff were friendly and helpful. Best pools and scenery. They have a cafe by the beach which we loved hanging out in too. 10/10
