Please save yourself the trouble, and stay somewhere else. Me and tons of others arrived without any rooms. Got transferred to other hotels at 11 plus in the evening after their management “approved” the switch, even though I was with two young kids. On the last evening I had to come back to this wretched place. Booked long ago and fully paid doesn’t mean anything. Utter and absolute nonsense. No ventilation, fan or whatsoever in the room. If you open the windows for some air, it means a sleepless night with screaming folks even at 3 in the night. The only only benefit is the closeness to the hbf, but it’s not worth it.

Solo stay

The check in process was ridiculous. And the staff was rude. So rude for just NO REASON. If I was a business owner, I would be horrified to know that people I employed to represent my business would behave like this. I will say the location was great though.

took 40 mins to stay on the line for the staff to respond, just to say the check in at 3pm, when we came with family with a baby on troller at 10am.
