Directions were very clear. There is no receptionist and they send you the code for check in 24 hours ahead of time. Conveniently located within 2 minutes of the shuttle stop and a 24 hour CU at the base of the lobby. It was great for a one night stay after my arrival. Getting a taxi was easy the next morning and less expensive than taking a taxi from the airport.

They had already informed me of the hotel's check-in time, they still sent text messages asking when I would be checking in and when I would be leaving. I don't understand why they felt the need to remind me three or four times.

Room was in a convenient location from Incheon airport. Free shuttle was great. Rooms are in need of updating but overall a good place for a short stay. Check in was easy.
