The venue was not accurate in its description of the airport shuttle which was the only reason I booked with them. When I arrived the shuttle was not running Saturday afternoon, despite me receiving an email saying that I should call a specific number for pick up. The uber to the hotel cost me $30, which was not reimbursed. Then in the morning, my flight was too early for the shuttle. So I had to pay another $30. Had I known that the shuttle had inconvenient running times, I would have booked with a venue that did not require a shuttle to get to the airport. Both the email sent to me with shuttle information and the information provided to clients on the wotif website is inaccurate and misleading. I will never book with Quest again.

Perfect for a nights stay as a family. I just struggled with communication as we were coming from overseas and didnt really get responses via email. Ended up javing my mother in law call from australia to organise things. The Angel Cafe downstairs was amazing, smashed avo on toast was unreal and huge.

I booked a long stay for the car and was told that I would be picked up at the airport from 6.30 am . When I called them to be picked up they said not till another 2 hours , so I had to pay a taxi $30 for a 4 min drive to there property And they were rude when I asked them . There Was no amenities either, would not recommend this property.
