The property was in a great location. Check in and out was easy. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. The room was too warm and the air conditioning didn't really work. My friend stayed in a different room and hers worked fine so I guess it was an anomaly

The info given by girl at checking for how to find the carpark was not helpful and so we parked in the wrong NCP carpark £17.50 for 24 hours instead of £9 with hotel card. Breakfast limited but satisfactory. Useful base for cruise terminal start the next day.
