My stay at Novotel Bangkok Impact was really nice and comfortable. I have to give all my praise to the lovely staff members. Starting from check in till check out they were so friendly even helped me adjust my stay according to my flight time. The breakfast was so diverse and i loved how each day i got a different menu. I was stayinh there as i had a concert in Thunderdome. There is easy sky walk from the hotel to thunderdome which made it so easier for me. Theres many food,drinks,coffee shops around as well as 7 eleven. I highly recommend this.

Rooms are clean and functional but looking old and tired. Staff were accommodating. Site is obviously very convenient for the IMPACT Conference and Exhibition Centre. Decent place to stay but lacks the 'wow' factor.

I stayed here for two days because I have a concert and thunderdome. Very convenient hotel because they have a bridge that connects the hotel to the concert venue which was awesome. Very nice staff, clean facilities, and the breakfast buffet is nice also.
