This place was amazing, it was really beautiful and it’s soooooo close to the entrance of Petra! Hands down I would stay here again. The staff made it all the better! They were fantastic! I would recommend anyone to stay here

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay. The food was outstanding, and the buffet exceeded our expectations in every way. The quality, flavor, and presentation were truly exceptional and among the best we’ve experienced. Every meal was a pleasure. We will absolutely stay here again on future visits to the magnificent city of Petra. Highly recommended!

Solo stay

Location is excellent for visiting Petra and the staff was generally kind, but unfortunately the hotel itself was very disappointing for the price point. The air conditioning stopped working overnight and never properly recovered during my stay, leaving both the room and several common areas of the hotel extremely hot. I got virtually no sleep before a full day hiking Petra. Food quality at the restaurants was also quite poor, especially considering this is marketed as a luxury property. In addition, several amenities and dining spaces were closed during my stay, which was frustrating given the cost of the hotel and not something that was clearly communicated in advance. Overall, while the proximity to Petra is convenient, the experience did not match the premium price or expectations associated with the property.
