The hotel was great! It's location isn't too far from Alexanderplatz and the main transportation hub. The room was clean with modern features. It was my home for the next week. I booked this hotel due to the location, free wifi, and the complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly no complaints. Overall I had a good experience. I would book this location again if I were to travel back to Berlin.

Great location, tram stop just outside the entrance! Comfortable beds and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would stay again when in Berlin.

We had a bit of a stressful start to our trip due to a flight delay, which meant we couldn’t arrive on our original check in date and only made it the following day. We had booked through Expedia and left a note for the property there, but they weren’t able to review it in time.Despite that, they were incredibly understanding and still managed to accommodate us without any issues. That thoughtful gesture really set the tone for our stay. The staff were warm, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. The location is fantastic—within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The breakfast spread was also excellent, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality

Location was convenient to local public transportation. The room had air conditioning and soundproof windows. Breakfast had lots of great choices and variety. Check in and check out was a breeze and the lobby and elevators were only accessible by using a room key, so it felt safe and secure. The main bed was comfy but the rollout bed was not too good. Our only complaints were: visible mold in the shower and they did not refill shampoo/conditioner/kleenex when the cleaned the room. The dispenser for the body was did not work well so we had to take the lid off to scoop it out. Loved the smell of the wash and shampoo!

This was a very convenient location— easily accessible to Alexanderplatz. The rooms were small, but manageable.

Super hotel très bien situé

Great location near Alexanderplatz. Great shopping and convenient to find restaurants. Wonderful welcome from reception when checking in. Breakfast was great. Lack luster when it came to cleaning the rooms. My husband had to ask several times to have room cleaned after 3rd night. When we came back to our room it was not cleaned. Finally when they came around. The employee was disgruntled, he opened the door w/o knocking. Just came in with his equipment and got to work in the bathroom . He only announced himself after he heard us behind the wall. We left the room. After the rushed attempt, the hand soap was not filled. Ok, so we used shower gel. No biggie. But it left a sour note about the place.

The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They gave us a map of the city and gave us some great ideas of where to go (including transport options) and what to see. Lovely clean hotel just by the Alexanderplatz and convenient for the UBahn.

Standard hotel. Amazing for the location and offers a good position to start your day in Berlin. Good breakfast
