Check in and check out processes was very quick, easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with different varieties. Hotel does have a parking lot with plently of parking spaces. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean. Overall, great stay and safe hotel.

I隣の高い建物が無く、換気がいい。　シャンプー類はまあまあだった。温泉がよかった。　ベッドがシモンズだけど、あんまり低い

Good location for what I need. Not too far from city. Parking was good, lots of available parking.

I feel that its safe from covid because of good ventilation

The hotel is still new thats why its sound proof. Good enough so you can have privacy. We stayed there for 4nights and on our third day the chambermaid maybe forgot to put a sanitary trash bag. I was satisfied with the salt for bathing. Its so smooth in skin. And the instant miso soup tastes good.

The location is convenient and the bathing facilities were clean and bright. I would recommend this place to other people.

One night stay - was told upon checking in at just passed noon that I wouldn’t have to wait until 3pm to check- in. Needless to say, I was not impressed given the hotel is in a small town and therefore, such a late check in is unacceptable. At the end, I only waited about 20 min. That was the only negative point. My executive room was small, compact (typical for Japanese standards). The room and hotel were spotless. I would recommend this location.

The room was tighter than expected. The hotel amenities are very good and the staff was very helpful in every way
