Our stay at Ramada was absolutely amazing❤️ the staff was very friendly and very helpful. Our room was super nice and big and very view. The neighborhood was super quiet and a lot of. Store. Easy access with bus and lots of coffee shops.

Very old hotel in Jeju, located near the city hall. The room was very small. Two single beds ( not twins), sink was broken, no floor towels and rubber sleeper to share for every visitors. The major problem was the door was broken remain unlocked. When we called the front desk, they acted like a normal, and say “will come and check” Additionally, parking assistance was very rude. He insisted me to park compact car spot and told me to get off to passenger side. Even though there were plenty of parking spots.

This is an older hotel. Nothing fancy. The hallway carpets were stained and the hotel had a funny smell. The room was comfortable, but breakfast should have been included for the price. Good location, but the parking garage got full one night.
