We booked non smoking room. Once we walked in room had really strong smell we called the front desk but they couldn’t offer another room. Everything including blankets had the cigarette smell. Our clothes and all our belongings smelled like cigarettes by the next morning. We had to leave the room earlier than expected

Solo stay

My May 2026 stay was wonderful. Staff were great ! Very friendly and even though they were really busy they had time to answer your questions. The only concern I had was the transportation to the airport by their vendor “GOAT”. ( a no show) The hotel personally got me to the airport in time for my departure. They went way beyond service. They were awesome!!! I will return and use this hotel again!!!
