Very bad

The size of the building is big. However the hallways, rooms, and water smell like sewage, and when you wake up, you can find sewage flowing back from other rooms. The advantage is that the convenience store in the building is 24 hours a day and charging for GoJack is possible.

For the price it was ok no complains

After a long direct flight from Adelaide to Jakarta, i had my toddler with me, i was told no room available because they have a group booking, the staff were laughing when i was very frustrated and waiting for my room ,even though i booked my room in advance, we waited for hours until midnight for a room , finally we got a room , i coulsnt sleep because the aircon wasnt working properly , the room was stuffy , insects behind the blind making noise , the tv wasnt working. I am so disappointed in this hotel, in the past it was good but now its a nightmare, i expected a good welcome as a frequent guest but im not happy with the service, i cant complain enough how bad was my experience in the last 2 nights .no sleep, depressed mood, fatigue, frustration.

Great place, close to everwhere. Good breakfaat too.

A good budget hotel. But it's more of South Asian then international. The traditional beef and butter rice is awesome.

Not so good . Cleanliness was poor . Other services was good . Food was ok

Nearby to JIExpo.Opposite the famous masjid akbar night market which has a variety of good food. location was difficult to find at first. Main entrance is not prominent enough. Overall, good experience.

Converted property to hotel - hence has limitations . Apartment is not as nice . Rooms that's renovated are pleasant . Location is far from outside amenities .

Pros - very nice and friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, easy check in/out, good for travelers who like new experience Cons - room is noisy..I can hear next door neighbour conversation and music from corridor. Not good for travelers who seek some quiet moment
