Mas mababa sa karaniwan This hotel needs MAJOR updating. The carpets smell so bad, even in the public areas. If they put new carpeting in and repainted the rooms it would help. The beds felt like we were sleeping on cots. We were in a 4 person room and it felt cramped. I didn’t enjoy this hotel stay.

Very clean hotel. Connects to a real nice 7-11 and is near great restaurants and shopping. The rooms are simple but clean. We even had a shower and separate tub in our room. Overall loved the hotel and staff were very helpful.

Skypark III was very comfortable and well located. Subway entry outside, 7 eleven in the building and markets and shops just around the corner. Staff were fabulous and stored our luggage for a couple of days while we travelled outside of Seoul. Our only quible with amenities was a dodgy TV remote but everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
