Room was clean but the drains smelt very bad! The hotel did deal with this when mentioned but the smell often came back. Shower curtains in the bathroom weren’t great for keeping the bathroom dry or feeling clean. We didn’t use the laundry service but it was reasonably priced. Breakfast service was quick and very nice.

Small but quaint little hotel that is very walkable and convenient. Lots around only downside was getting 1 card at check in and needing to put place it in the key holder for AC so the room would be hot upon return.

Cannot say enough amazing things about our stay at Pastell. The staff was phenomenal and made a huge impact with our children. They made the Songkran festivities accessible and so much fun. Food was great, staff always willing to help or make a recommendation, rooms were small but clean and well appointed, great location in Old Town, walkable to massages and restaurants or easy to pick up a Grab/Bolt. If we ever find our way back to Chiang Mai, we’ll absolutely stay here again!
