For the price it was ok for a MOTEL. And it just wasn't for me, really low budget and not clean, but the staff was nice and came to clean every day. Better than the motel 6 up the street for sure.

We always try to find a hotel close to knotts and this has been by far the cleanest place we have stayed . Professional polite and clean . We were able to sleep through the night with no yelling outside , this has happened way too much when we have stayed at other locations where there is constant noise and people fighting . Not at this place . The front desk guy was super nice :) we plan to stay here for our next visit

Flew in from Dallas for a graduation and stayed here for six days. Overall, my stay was good. The room had a noticeable smell when I first walked in, but it wasn’t unpleasant. The room itself was clean and neat. The only downside was that there was no iron available, so all of my clothes became wrinkled and I had to wear them that way. Aside from that, the hotel was okay and I had a pleasant stay.

The place needs lots of maintenance, didn’t look that clean, sink was cracked, parking was ok, area was ok, close to shops and restaurants

Excellent customer service and very friendly Would definitely stay there again, we drove in from arizona and were very tired they saw this and made the check in real smooth

Parking was free and easily accessible and the staff were nice. But we won’t be staying here in the future. The room was misrepresented with the photos that were used on the site, the room had a moldy/musty smell, the “hot” water in the shower was luke warm, and either someone tried entering the room or the housekeeping staff tried to open the door without knocking or announcing themselves before doing so. We checked out early due to the conditions in the room and the environment at the establishment.
