The mini bar concept in the room was not good, the customers should made aware that all the products if used are chargeable, also the jellybeans and pringles are chargeable under mini bar not complimentary. The experience was overall okay.

The room was good, although set up for the king bed with a sofa bed which we didn’t need. The bathroom was great and the hotel facilities good too. Buffet breakfast was average, unfortunately quite a few people coughing but this isn’t on the hotel. The only negative feedback for the hotel was the sheets and towels were stiff like sandpaper, the toilet paper and tissues similar and almost see through. The pillow for the sofa bed we didn’t use felt like a rectangular rock.
