Solo stay

Terrible el hotel baño deteriorado con humendad en el techo y se caia a pedazos la pintira. No encienden la calefaccion y hacia mucho frio. Desayuno muy badico en una panaderia que esta junto al hotel, se venden como 4 estrellas pero esta la nivel de un hostal. Lo peor es que me cobraron mas de lo que le cobro expedia al hotel y pague online, afirmando que faltaba una parte de los impuestos. En resumen no es recomendable es un engaño total

Loved the staff. The room was spacious and the bed quite comfortable. Slightly odd design in the bathroom as the toilet lid couldn't open all the way. Very quiet as well. And definitely try the pastries at the shop out front. Delish!

The staff was excellent. The room was beautiful, great views and nice jacuzzi tub. The entrance and hallways could use some updates (new carpet), and it would be nice to have more selection for the breakfast options. The location of the hotel is excellent, very central and walkable to the main Plaza de Armas. I think it's a little expensive and would be a better value if it was may $20 less.

Staff are very friendly. We did not have breakfasts because we went out very early. They prepared food bags for us every early morning. Location is very convenient. But Facilities need to be updated.

Estuve alojado 5 noches en una suite .El hotel es muy básico y mal mantenido aunque la habitación estuvo bien . No hay desayuno buffet. El personal lo más destacado por su amabilidad , pero eso no alcanza .
