Close to the train station

My main disappointment is that they advertise a pool but you have to pay to access it... Nice room but the phone in the room didn't work and I had to go down to the reception to ask my questions. They didn't replace the phone when informed (I was there for 1 night)

Some room cones with a small bathtub which is difficult to stand to bath. Better to request fur no bath tub one

Gave us adaptor but usb ports would be helpful.

I booked thos hotel for a group of donors on an international trip. This was the final hotel of the trip and after incredible hotels this was a let down. The rooms and location were fantastic. The big issue was that the hotel had been booked out by a big group the next day meaning that NONE of the advertised amenities were available or at least we're not available the advertised hours. Even the breakfast was shortened. The biggest issue was that we had specifically picked this hotel to use the luggage storage so that we could get out to do an early morning group tour then pick up bags to head to the airport. Instead, the group spent well over $500 storing luggage at the train station down the road after having to check out much earlier than expected. While the staff were kind about the issue, this was a huge additional and unexpected expense and inconvenience for my company and the donors. You would think that a hotel getting paid enough to shut down all amenities for other paying guests could also help to compensate those guests for a less than desirable experience, but alas.

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooftop pool is heavily advertised throughout the website and promotional photos, creating the impression that it is included in the hotel facilities. However, only upon arrival was I informed that access to the pool is restricted to the spa and requires a significant additional fee. While there is a small note buried at the very end of the hotel description, this feels highly misleading and close to false advertising. The hotel itself is large, modern, and well-designed, but the service experience was disappointing. When I checked out, I was told I could not leave my luggage in storage because another group had booked the entire hotel. I found this completely unreasonable, especially as luggage storage is a very basic service that travellers generally expect from a hotel of this standard. I have never encountered this situation before.

The room was super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near Central Station so getting around was easy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with tons of options, including local cuisine and fresh ingredients. Very close to Gamla Stan, which is a must see!

The staff were very attentive and professional. Very good breakfast and dinner. Location was convenient close to transportation. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Excellent location right near the central station. Can walk out to the main central shopping district and bars etc straight out from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice and great to see gluten and dairy free catered for. Great hotel for exploring Stockholm
