Stay was ok, but spoiled by room air con that we couldn't lower , mattresses that are ridiculously soft and waterproof underlays on the bed that makes sleeping terrible if you're used to sleeping in a cool environment.

Beautiful, helpful and friendly staff and easy check in and out. Rooms were clean but on the small side. Bathroom is poorly designed, making it difficult for 2 people to get ready to go out. Especially for make up application as either the toilet or basin is over the mirror and there is no mirror lighting. A little more wardrobe space would be handy if your stay is 7 days or more. The gym needs more eqiptment, a set of dumbbells would be a good addition. The push bikes were free and great to borrow, lovely art everywhere and a super convenient location. Restaurants, cafes, galleries, The Esplanade, supermarket and markets all an easy walking distance, laundry accross the road too!

Property was lovely, well maintained and really helpful staff. the gym was very basic, and we had beef tacos at the pool restaurant which were not very good. besides that the room was comfortable and modern.

Great hotel in the middle of Cairns. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Repeatedly attended happy hour next to the pool. Staff were excellent pointing out must do activities throughout our stay. Recommended.

Clean comfy bed showers and great view from level 11. Great staff and lovely art entry. Did not try restaurants or pool or gym. In a great location as walking to esplanade and outside restaurants was so close (10 min).
