We stayed for 1 night, location cannot be beat, service was beautiful, room had air conditioning and all other things you could think of. Beds were SOOOOO comfy!

Staff were amazing, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was very good, nice variety and specialty coffees. The rooms are a bit shabby, with the floor tiles broken in spots and very minimal amenities. The location is very quiet and double windows to block out sound. The air conditioning was not good, very weak and doesn’t get very cool. Not a problem for us in April but by summer it would be very uncomfortable. Ike storage in the basement was fantastic, able to clean and lock the bikes overnight was a real advantage.

Title: Blood stains in bathroom + forced to wait until 7pm – No refund"Hotel website says check-in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not allowed into the room until 7pm (over 4 hours later). When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all."
