Convenient. Concierge is helpful and friendly. Floor 11 and 13 hallway carpet was smelly. But, I still love Carlton. Room is good size. Comfortable clean bathroom. Needs a little more bright for the room. Coming back.

Good hotel, very helpful staff. House keeping did only leave 2 towels per day despite their being 3 in the room. One of them was also so thin it had a hole in it. However we didn’t call to rectify, which I am sure they would have done if they had of known. Also couldn’t charge to room from pool bar so that was a bit of a pain.

Great location with easy access to bus and train stops. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel’s advertised photos showing a glass arched building were misleading—the room we stayed in was actually located in the building behind it.
