I booked a Jacuzzi room. The bathroom was so dirty had orange stuff around the bottom of the toilet. I looked in the Jacuzzi and there were drain flies all around the sides of the Jacuzzi. As soon as I sat on the bed, the back of my leg started itching I took some Gatorade’s that I had and started to put them in the refrigerator when I opened the refrigerator somebody’s food was in there. I guess the previous guest food was still in the refrigerator so I know that room was not clean. I immediately went back to the front desk and told them that I was checking out. I wasn’t even in there 30 minutes.

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was exceptional. The hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the level of customer service truly exceeded our expectations. We felt valued as guests and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay!

Room was not clean. Bed bugs bit me on my face and arms. Shower had a very slow drain. Terrible stay.

The issue was that I booked a non smoking jet room because of my chronic asthma
and I got the opposite
When I got ask to switch me to another room I got excuses until we I told them that I wanted my refund
N guess what they had the same type of room 7 rooms apart
