I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I also appreciated the excellent facilities and the overall relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to the team for the outstanding hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again in the future

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel because of the unsafe room layout. The refrigerator was placed under the cosmetic/dressing table, in a position where it was easy to accidentally hit or damage personal belongings. Because of this setup, my Samsung Flip phone’s touch screen was damaged. I now need to repair the phone, and the repair cost is 9,000 baht. I believe the hotel should review this room arrangement, as placing the refrigerator under the cosmetic table creates a risk for guests’ belongings. This incident caused me unnecessary stress and additional cost during my trip. I hope the hotel management will take responsibility, improve the room setup, and provide a fair response regarding the damage caused.

Had a great time at this property. Our first night we had a terrible night sleep because the people above us were so noisy. After informing the staff, they switched our room and provided a little dessert as an apology. Very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay, would definitely stay again. Breakfast buffet was great, a good selection.

We were greeted by front desk staff Toy, he is friendly, patient and even upgraded us to premier executive room but kind of sad as the room aircon is not working well and we request to change room in the middle of the night. Lucky their service is efficient, managed to change to another room. Breakfast is nice. The lounge was recently upgraded, staff Pae she remember me. Overall the staffs are good. Location is nearby to BTS and shopping area.

Pool was under maintenance during our stay. While location is quite central, not sure why Siam Square closes access in the evening & we had to walk from outside back to hotel. If there was another entrance, management should work with Grab to make the navigation & pricing reflect night-time access.

Great location a short walk from the BTS a Siam Paragon. Hotel its self is outdated and looks worse in person than in the pictures. But overall still a good deal and still a good bed. TV has Netflix so you can cozy up. Breakfast is good not the best but not the worst.
