Very friendly staff at check in but at check out the man was completely rude, arguing with me about invoice..he should have trains about how to handle billing! Breakfast is overpriced for what it is My room wasn’t renovated (most of the rooms at that hotel are)

We recently stayed at this hotel and the overall experience was disappointing due to how an issue was handled. One morning we had no hot water for couple of hours, which significantly disrupted our plans. While we understand that problems can happen, what was particularly frustrating was the lack of accurate communication from the staff at the time. The information provided was inconsistent and ultimately misleading, which made the situation more difficult than it needed to be. Following our stay, we contacted the hotel to raise the issue. We received only a generic apology, and when we requested further details, there was no response. This lack of follow-up has only added to our dissatisfaction.

The hotel was being renovated, staff were helpful but it was a bit disorganised

The hotel was exactly what I needed for my stay. It was very local to the metro and Nord station. Had shops in walking distance. I was travelling solo so appreciated how safe the hotel felt, with needing a room key to enter the hotel and the floor for your room. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and well equipped.

An above average hotel, although the lighting in the room was poor.

This is an old hotel full of character. Our room was small but comfortable. I liked the ambience and the staff at reception were very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Vraiment bien pour le prix payé, la douche mériterait d'être changer et des éclairages plus fort serait bien, mais sommes toute hôtel charmant et petit-déjeuner bien normal

Very average hotel for the price honestly. The entire thing needs some renovation and the mattress felt like a baloon, really not comfortable. Breakfast was ok and the staff was very nice and helpful.
