They stay was relatively comfortable. However, on Saturday morning their maintenance staff decided that 8am was the best time to start drilling into the concrete to repair a set of steps. When we mentioned it to the staff at check out, we were told we should have called in the morning. The guests should not have to make a noise complaint at 8am on a Saturday. Especially when it is hotel staff making the noise.

It is a great value for the stay. I love that there is a balcony for the fresh breeze. The bathroom is beautiful. Comfy beds. The breakfast is basic. Covered parking is a bonus. The workout room has a wide variety of equipment. Extremely convenient to the freeway (and beaches) and outstanding shopping at the Spectrum. The air conditioning is loud but certainly keeps it cool!

We had an overall pleasant stay, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean, and we appreciated the overall atmosphere. One suggestion for improvement would be the air conditioning, which could be more effective in keeping the room comfortable. We also noticed a slight odor in the room that may be worth checking. Additionally, the artificial plug-in fragrance used in the elevator was quite strong. While we understand the intention is to keep the space smelling fresh, the scent was overpowering and may be uncomfortable for guests who are sensitive to strong fragrances. A lighter scent,or none at all, would likely create a more pleasant experience for everyone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope these small suggestions help make an already good experience even better.
