The newly refurbished rooms on the top floor were very nice although some warning of the construction happening right outside our window would have been helpful. We had trouble checking in as the breakfast we had prepaid was not on the system. Finally sorted after a bit of too and froing. Now, lighting! There were no lights in the corridor on the sixth floor! We mentioned this to the reception and were told they were on a timer and only come on at night. At no time during the day at any hour whatsoever could we see that these lights were working and we had to use torches on our phone just to see where our door lock was at all times day and night.

Very small tv screen and no international channels and no electrice kettle in the room ( very poor room ) bathroom not clean and old ...the receiption and the lobby area was very cold same the street and there is not heating inside for waiting the room check in and the check in policy is very bad ,,I must wait till 15:00 to checking in..I sent them emails to asking about information they didn't respond or answer ...it is bad experience in it and I don't recommended at all there are many hotels same price and better than this place

Everything fulfill my expectations, something to keep in mind is during summer the hotel rooms doesn’t have a/c just a little fan! Front desk agent were very friendly and helpful.
