I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The location is excellent—conveniently close to Burbank Airport—and the property was exceptionally clean with great amenities. The lounge area was a lot of fun and provided a wonderful place to relax. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. Five stars all around!

We traveled all the way from Canada and have stayed in hotels around the world, but this was the first time we encountered a hotel that charged each guest separately for Wi-Fi. We found this very disappointing, as complimentary Wi-Fi is a standard amenity in most hotels today. We were also surprised that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room for guests to enjoy with their coffee or tea. In addition, the hotel charges $27 plus tax for parking which felt excessive considering that Wi-Fi was not included. The outdoor pool was much smaller than it appeared in the advertised photos and felt almost like an indoor pool. Unfortunately, it did not match the expectations created by the hotel’s website. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but these issues were disappointing and took away from the overall experience. We hope the hotel will consider improving these amenities.

Bedspread was clearly unwashed with mold between the duvet cover. Room was dirty, and furnishings dated and in need of repair/replacement. Common areas such as the outside bar, pool and lobby were quite nice but room was awful.

The room was clean. But parking costed money, breakfast costed money, and the room was overpriced in my opinion compared to other hotels that I booked. Other than that though, it was pretty good.

Solo stay

I have stayed here many times over the past 20+ years. I prefer flying into Burbank and the Marriott is right across the street and is centrally located to the many different directions I need to get to when visiting friends and family. The room is always clean and the staff friendly and professional. I'm not a pool person but I do notice when walking by it appears to be sparkling clean. Parking is ample and convenient which is a HUGE plus. Will continue to return here in the years to come.
