Room was okay beds are definitely not queens beds more of a full. Pool was very unmaintained very murky and pool was chipped all over the floor. AC in hotel hallways don’t work at all poor workers sweating from going room to room. This hotel needs a complete revamp! I will not be staying here again.

Horrible experience! I show up and was told my room was given away and that there was nothing they could do. The staff was rude even though I was trying to understand why, but they didn’t seem to want to help at all.

Parking is horrible!!! If you don't get there early you'll have to park in the back and walk what felt like a million miles away after driving for 4 hours. Ugh!!!

Friendly staff and handy location directly opposite Target and Raising Canes which the kids loved. Disney shuttle pickup just outside the hotel so not far to walk. The cabanas at the pool are an added bonus!

The location is ideal for a family get away however the rooms need updating a bit dated and the AC was awful. Room was hot.
