Hotel was super convenient because it was attached to Ala Moana center, so that was nice. The parking there was terrible! And overpriced for being that bad. Otherwise our stay was nice.

Had a great stay! The pool was nice and i love that you can get towels to use at the beach but you just have to return it to prevent any fees lol. The room was nice and clean. They also gave me and my partner each a thermal water bottle with a cool design!!

Kind and friendly staff. Rooms have AC but no heaters. Laundry rooms kinda scary. Very old equipment. Outdated exterior. Breakfast buffet was just ok it wasn’t worth $28. You can get to the mall from the sky bridge on the 2nd floor that was nice. Pretty views. Property has water fill stations and shops.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Everything was so clean and the front desk staffs were very kind and helpful. The two complaints were the self parking was ridiculous. It was so hard to find parking. My 2nd complaint was that we bought some items that came with a big box. We put the big box on top of the trash can. The cleaning person never empty the trash with the box. Otherwise we love stying at this hotel.
