Location: Robertson Quay is a great area to stay - clean, quiet and safe; many cafes and bars in the vicinity; within walking distance to Great World City mall and New Bahru. Also approximately 10 minutes walk to either Havelock or Great World MRT stations. Rooms: Clean, comfortable and cosy, with all amenities including mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, and safe. The room is small though, with little walking space and not much room for luggage. Toilet was similarly cramped and I found that the towels were not very absorbant. Service: Satisfactory. Staff were attentive and happy to help with questions, A self-service check-in and check-out terminal is a available to make the process smoother and faster Communications through the Hotels.com app could be improved - I had several queries to the hotel; the first query was answered but the second query was ignored and instead I received nonstop messages to check in online prior to my stay.

I was very happy to have been a guest at your property during the week. Firstly, thanks to the reservation staff for accommodating my high floor request (room 1053) it was so good having a view and watching the evening skyline and river below. My room was spacious and clean and the bed super comfortable. The only thing , very minor, was the quality of the TV reception. Maybe an antenna booster may help to clear the static. The front desk staff were friendly and a special thanks to Terrence - he was willing to have a chat and gave some great walking tips in Singapore. Although I didn't need my room serviced , I was able to see the housekeeper and get sugar and teabags refill. Very friendly housekeeper and happy to oblige. Amenities were very good , I did use the pool and found it relaxing. Good idea that there was a fridge with cold water. The actual location of the hotel was very good, once I found my bearings I was able to use the Singapore river walk as a guide, walk to Clark Quay and the Zion Riverside Food Court. Having the Havelock and Great World MRT close by was an added bonus. In all a very funky property and when I come to Singapore again , I will stay at the M Social again (hopefully the same top Floor). It was good just to go for an evening stroll along the river and enjoy the climate and atmosphere. Keep up the great standards.

Great location with lots of eating places and short walks to the metro. Pool was especially useful as the temperatures were up into the 30s. Double room was really good size for a single lady, might be a bit squishy for a couple. Staff are all really helpful and provide really good advice and instructions on check-in. It’s a good looking, clean, well maintained hotel. Highly recommend.

Don’t book this hotel. We will definitely not come back. This hotel claimed to be 4 stars but I would say it's more like a 3-star hotel. Read more below. The staff (especially the front of house) were very unwelcoming and rude. It seems like we were bothering them when we simply tried to check in. She didn’t tell us where the lift was, the wifi code, breakfast area or anything. She just gave us the key. When we got to our room, it was super hot, the simple things like turning on the AC for us before we got the room would be nice. We just expected more from the price we paid for and the 4-star hotel service. The only decent thing about this hotel is the room itself. The bathroom and bed are nice. The room is on the smaller side. Overall a very bad experience. Keep in mind, this was supposed to be a “VIP access property” and we have Expedia Gold. We got a better experience at a 3-star hotel.

Great accommodation; I found the loft-style room very cool and comfortable. Perfect for my week-long style. Great location next to the river and reasonably central. Food at the restaurant was average, but the breakfast buffet was good. Will stay here again for next trip.

Centrally located and easy to get to place. Very spacious

Very nice hotel adjacent to Singapore River and walking distance to many amenities including shopping and transport. Faisal the manager was especially nice and granted a great room upgrade with late check out!

Room was quite small but breakfast was very good and staff all very friendly !
