Excellent and prompt airport shuttle that gets booked in advance . Basic hotel with clean facilities and excellent location if you have an early flight.

I only had a one-night stay at this Leonardo Hotel this time, but I had stayed at this hotel before. It was a quick and easy check-in and the room was very comfortable and spacious; and so was the bathroom. I did not take breakfast since I had a very early flight out of CGN. Next time I have will have to fly out early, I will definitely consider this hotel again.

Room was nice. The restaurant served a very good dinner. My only complaint was the neighboring room. They were very loud and arguing when they arrived in the middle of the night.

Hotel is 10min walk from terminal 2 of the airport which is very convenient, but thats about it. Very rude staff at the front desk that barely spoke english, had long issues finding my reservation, internet didnt work (takes a long time to even load a website, forget about making calls or doing something that requires faster connection). Tried to check in at 8:30am, which must be very common given the proximity to the airport. was expecting a reasonable early checkin fee, but they charged me another full night, so I basically paid for the room from 3PM the previous day despite it being available. I understand this is a service the hotel offers and I can decline, I would just expect something more reasonable for a hotel that is right next to an airport and will have many similar customers.
