Nanatili kasama ang kapareha

Amazing staff, very clean. Next to shopping centre which was great. Downsides - restaurant had only one wine by the glass so we had to eat elsewhere and two pools, only one gets the sun in the morning but this was reserved for guests in the next hotel (Westin) and not allowed usage.

I always travel with Four Points Sheraton and while I'm traveling in Indonesia I booked mostly Four Points... right from the start we had issues with AC it didn't go lower then 23C.. all the usb plugs were not working, technician said it would take one hour this is unacceptable! I requested an upgrade to a junior suite that I would pay they told me the hotel is full, duty manager called me and offered same room but another floor again AC issues .. breakfast buffet not fresh pastries stale 馃憥
