I got an upgrade which was very good. Very spacious room. Good facilities except the shower was rather poor. I wanted to get a refund for a future booking but it was not allowed.

Ideal location and price for a hospital discharge stay. We had a 5 hour drive home and needed a stop-over. Reception staff were friendly, super- efficient. Easy wheelchair accessible. Close-by disabled parking, ramp to main entrance, ground floor rooms (disabled access room was a bit far but easy with 2 people and worth it for the quiet, spacious room), lent us a wheelchair, comfy beds, immaculate room. Handy vending machines. We didnt use the restaurant, but it all looked lovely. I liked this hotel very much. Really lovely staff. Fantastic value. Highly recommended.

Stay was good and good location for P&J Live. Only issue was we couldnt get shower to go hot in the morning so cold showers it was😔

Lovely hotel and great staff. The room was massive, but it was very stuffy and the shower pressure was terrible. You arent able to control the temperature

Wanted to use the gym, didnt as it was only open after 8am due to it being "amongst rooms and it makes noise"....move it then! Room was clean and spacious, it was cold on entry, but did warm up with heating. Gym not being open was a disappointment. Website said open from 7am, staff said not open until 8am.
