Beautiful hotel, staff exceptional and hospitable.Hotel its self is well decorated with good taste . Rooms are beautiful and we were surprised with the large jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was superb. Parking good and secure . Our only two comments were that the bed was too hard for us but that’s a matter of taste. And sorry we didn’t get to eat in the Michelin star restaurant attached to the hotel due to other commitments.

A well situated hotel in a beutifull city. Staff were very helpfull, our flight was diverted which meant we didn't arrive until 01:30, the staff helped with contacting the transfer they had aranged for us to make sure we were met collected and transfered from the airport. The week wad wonderfull.

Fantastic location to explore the old town. Excellent breakfast. Underground parking at extra cost was good. Short taxi ride to station and train to Madrid
