It doesn't look like in the pictures that shows on Hotels.com it looks old and the towels were pretty hard. I expected to see the view from my room but the location is not even on a hill,I was very disapointed, the water pressure was horrible and it switched to hot and cold by itself. Their service was ok and the staff was nice

The room was disgusting dirty with moldy bathrooms and shower curtains. This is buy far the Worst place to stay. The heat didn't work and when asked to fix it he told us to keep holding the broken remote different ways. There is no office and the man who gave us the keys literally kept trying to leave asap so as not to deal with our concerns. The fraudulent description being advertised should be taken down. It is not even close to being Covid cleaned. Do not rent these rooms.

I was very disappointed with the stay at Pleasures Beachside Studio. The owner put the air conditioner on and took the control so we could not adjust the temperature, I was sweating for all three nights and the last night it never came on once so it was boiling hot and of course I got sick. The TV never worked and started to talk about other guess to just that they are breaking stuff which left a bad feeling because we had just got there. He was over an hour late to pick us up and we had to wait in the hot sun although we sent him the time the night before and he confirmed he will be there. I kept on calling and messages him and they keep on saying they will be there in 15 min which led to over and hour. I sure do not appreciate the way they treated us and I email and let them know.
