Great stay , nice location easy access to the U station.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood about half a mile walk from the nearest grocery store, restaurant, and subway station that takes you right into the middle of Marienplatz Square. The room was a good size with a somewhat functioning kitchenette that offers a microwave, electric kettle and two burner electric stove, though no pots or pans for cooking. It was nice to have a private patio and the large windows made it seem like an indoor outdoor space which is nice. The issues I had were that the restroom doesn’t really have doors. The shower is half open with a frosted wall on only HALF so you have to shower in a corner of it so that the water doesn’t go everywhere onto the rest of the bathroom and the bedroom. The water closet or toilet also only has half a frosted glass. You can’t enclose it for privacy. So if you value privacy when you shower and use the facilities, this is not for you. The other thing, which may not be exclusive to the hotel, was that there was no smart TV so we were limited to the few channels that only transmitted in German, there was not even an option for captions in another language. If you’re used to watching TV after a long day out, this will be an issue. Housekeeping is only if you ask for it and with a 24 hour notice. The staff was friendly and spoke English.

Wonderful, spacious place. Unarguably the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I was so sad to only be spending one night haha. I will definitely be back. Options to buy food could be better. Even more variety of meals to make by yourself in the your own hotel room kitchen :)

Great hotel! I loved the design everything was so well made in my room.

I arrived at the hotel from the airport rather late, a bit before midnight, looking forward to getting some rest during a layover. I did not get my room keys until 2:05 am, more than two hours later. The check-in computer system was apparently not working properly, but rather than check in the waiting guests manually (which only took a few minutes once the clerk finally accepted this was the way to go), the clerk just made all of the tired guests stand in the lobby for two hours. Well, at least I got a room in the end -- some of the waiting guests did not, but were only told this after two hours passed. Unacceptable, won't be staying here again.

It was unique experience. No check in desk, feel like home, extremely clean and inviting. Modern design but very homey.
