I do not feel that this hotel caters for international / western type tourists. The staff don't have great understanding of English. They are all extremely polite and always greet you, but I think largely cater for local tourists. The pool is not open very late at all, given the climate. Breakfast buffet was adequate but again mostly caters for local tourists.

Good Western-style hotel in a convenient location (right next to Metropolitan Mall) that was a significant improvement on the three previous hotels I had stayed in Bekasi prior to this visit.

Normal standard room Worst quality breakfast I have had in 40 years of travelling Breakfast on Xmas day was a shambles with maybe over 50 guests crushed outside restaurant waiting for a seat meaning totally unprepared

Great stay i had with my family but the gym was getting from bad to worse; with 80% of the equipment either down or damaged. My favourite treadmill was seen stored away and my favourite cycle machines were no where to be seen. I would still return to stay; as the atmosphere and ambience were great and the warmth of the staffs were sincere, helpful and polite.
