Pros: affordable rates; very friendly and helpful staff; good wifi and cable tv connections... Cons: location is a distance away from town centre; place needs refurbishing... Overall, we are satisfied with our stay.

Nice bed, fairly clean. Shower needs maintenance. Internet is not great. Very quiet location so no interruptions of sleep. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed.

The rooms are fine, nice bed, decent cable the tv reception needs some work. Staff are great, very helpful. Best thing, no barking dogs or 2am roosters. Great value for money.
