This is a perfect 10 stars hotel. We stayed here every time when visiting France. Attention to every details such as bathrobes, soft slippers, good quality toilette. Clean bedding with down comforter. Spacious room with right temperature setting. Separate bathroom and toilet are ideal for getting ready. Breakfast with variety of selections in elegant dining area both indoor and outdoor.

First the staff were excellent and helped in every way. The position of the hotel to Versailles was excellent only 7 mins away. The food for breakfast was excellent. My daughter in another room would say excellent for her room. The problem we had is that I asked for a disability room and when I got there they had given it to someone else! This was bad organisation. So I was not able to shower that night as I cannot get into a bath. It was during the heatwave. Staff moved us the next day but it was too near the lift and the noise was awful during the night. The bed was so hard we couldn't sleep so they moved us again the next day and the room was really lovely and cannot fault it. Shame they didn't give it to us the first night as I would be giving them a 5 star. I would just say use the hotel as it was very good but just check your booking the week before if you have any special needs.

Beautiful place. Our room was on the 4th floor with a fun balcony. Staff was very helpful. Loved our stay.

Lovely property close to the Veraailles Palace by foot. Interior very nice! Loved the view from the balcony and I loved the tub and bed. Would stay here again. Staff at reception very sweet and helpful. However bar staff very very slow and not attentive. Almost felt like they ignored us. Overall great stay!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the palace. The staff were wonderful and the room was great. Our only concern was with half board. We paid well in advance. When we showed up we were told we needed a voucher for the meals. That was fine but we didn't receive one when we actually checked in. So the first meal we went for, we noticed the person at the front asking for our room number and filling out a bill. When we mentioned we had half board he rechecked and said there was nothing at his end, we needed to ask at the front desk. So we went to the desk where the girl checked. She said there was the proper code for our half board so she gave us a voucher. Next day we had the same problem. We were only there for two days and in those two days we had to push to get the meals. The choice of meals for half board was good and the meals themselves were delicious. Staff at the restaurant were also excellent. Other than the problem with the half board, the stay was great.

My daughter and I just stayed for 1 night - we were staying in Paris for 2 weeks and had a early morning tour at Versailles so I decided to get this hotel so all we had to do the morning of the tour was to walk about 5 minutes to our meeting point which was at 9:15am - this hotel is a beautiful hotel and the convenience to Versailles just made it the perfect choice - the staff was very welcoming and was able to leave overnight bags with them in the morning before checking in and also when we checked out so didn't have to take them when we went to Versailles - that helped a lot - we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel my daughter wanted McDonalds which is very close by along with the train station so this hotel was really convenient - would definitely recommend
