This my 2nd time in Nevserhir and chose this hotel because of the reviews and to be honest I don’t understand how people can give it good reviews when is so bad maintained. Our bathroom smell terrible and the bathtub was leaking the whole time , we had to have towels all over the floor so we didn’t slip…dangerous!!! The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast , Doja who was a sweet heart and also a guy that was at nights at the front desk!!!
The hotel is 10-15 minutes walking from downtown, it’s on a hill so is tricky going up or down if you’re not use to hills. I wouldn’t recommend it…it should be cleaner and better maintained!

I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s a great location and the staff were very helpful with any questions we had and had great suggestions. Hanife was always ready to answer any questions we had with getting around the town and was always making sure we didn’t need anything. Doa was also super helpful also didn’t mind explaining guiding me through their delicious Turkish breakfast and telling me the best way to pair things. 10/10 would recommend this hotel. It is beautiful, clean, and at a great location.

Kamangha-mangha Doga is the sweetest and soooo helpful. They couldn’t help you enough in every way. Gave great recommendations for activities, food, encourage you to eat the included breakfast (so many options), the rooftop is so awesome and spacious with a nice little bar up there too. The location is great. It’s a short downhill walk to the downtown goreme area. Once you eat yourself to death it’s a short walk uphill but nothing treacherous (I wore sandals and was fine). Rooms aren’t anything extravagant it’s more so the experience and the outside of the hotel itself

We had an incredible stay at Divan Cave House, even though we arrived quite late. The staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home straight away.
The only small downside was that the terrace wasn’t open later in the evening for a drink, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
We woke up early to visit Lovers Hill and came back to a sensational breakfast — a fantastic spread of fresh fruit, a great selection of options, and everything cooked really well. The staff were consistently helpful and pleasant throughout our stay.
The rooms were fantastic — clean, tidy, and very well organised. The whole setup of the hotel is impressive.
If I had to mention one minor improvement, it would be having a bit of milk available for the coffee station.
Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of this place. A strong 9/10 for me.

Overall the rooms were comfortable, the staff and attention superb, the breakfast was fantastic. That said there are no ammenities to the facility, parking was as you could find in the area around the hotel, and at 160USD per night off season was a bit dear. In the evenings we frequented other hotels that had highly rated restaurants. The rooms are not authentic actual caves like one will see in tours around the area. Overall a good stay.
