The staff member was polite and nice but did not respond to a question prior to travelling. The listing included a pool and gym, neither were open however I would not have used them given how dirty the unit was. The kitchen included dishes but there was no soap to clean them, the unit seems to get a “wipe down” but there was so much dust and dirt on baseboards and ledges. The carpet in the bed room needs to be throw out. There was no shade or curtain for the main bedroom window. Beds were very uncomfortable, very bare bones. The listing makes it appear there is a reception, it is either closed or not staffed 90% of the time. Grateful we only booked one night and spent most of our time at an event.

Wouldn’t stay here again, it’s cheaper than others for a reason. We arrived in our room and found one of the balcony door handles on the coffee table, so the room was not secured. Reception sent someone to fix it and he replaced it with a handle without a lock, so the room still is not secured from the balcony. Room for improvement with cleanliness. Second bedroom doesn’t have its own a/c unit and it doesn’t flow in well from the lounge, so it’s quite warm. Otherwise, the location is good.

I can not say one good thing about this hotel. It was extremely filthy, too many items broken to mention and I was covered in bites the next morning. I urge you to stay somewhere else.

For the expensive price it wasn’t great. No hand towels or face washers in either bathroom. Door to verandah didn’t lock. Curtains falling off rails. Glass mirrors dirty. Won’t be back in a hurry.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was dirty and needed a really good clean. Shower screen was full of soap scum and kitchen bench was sticky. Mattresses were filthy. Pillow cases had yellow stains all over them. No tea towel was provided to dry dishes, no hand towels or face washers. . Balcony door handle was broken and could not be locked.

Apartment ill equipped. Not enough cutlery, plates, drinkware Toilet didnt flush so manager advised us to put portable shower head in toilet to use as flush!!!!!!! Very unhygenic. Booking information said pool was closed, spoke to manager on day 3 and he said it had been open whole time. Lamps broken, fire alarms deactivated and hanging from roof. No response to any emails sent to hotel website. On last day did move us to another apartment with a toilet that worked and refunded our car park fees. Second apartment illequipped and had to ask for cutlery, crockery and glassware to be supplied.
