The aircond is very noisy. Wall is dirty. One of the down light is not working, but the hotel management is not replacing them even after I complaint and stayed for 2 days. Not worth for money.

Overall quite expensive with poor room conditions and hotel facilities. Can hear people talking from next room. No privacy at all. Got TV inside but no remote control provided. Have to take hot water from machine outside the room if you want make hot drink. No electric kettle provided inside the room.

Magandang It's a new hotel in a new area and easily accessible, close to restaurants, shops and a hypermarket. But the rooms need soundproofing and so does the electric box as the buzzing bothered me in the wee hours of the morning. The cockroach under my bed was my room mate for the 2 nights I slept there.
