We did not feel this hotel was worth the price or its 4-star rating. Rooms were dated and A/C was insufficient/noisy. We have stayed at better hotels in this area of Lyon before for a similar price point.

Room was clean. Breakfast was not bad not good. I have arrived the hotel about 2pm, they arbitrarily wait us till to 3pm for check in while most of the rooms were vacant.

The staff was exceptional, recommending restaurants and printing directions, making morning coffee and breakfast, securing airport transportation, etc., always with a smile and a friendly greeting in English or French, no matter what time of day or night.

Parking was in the lower level of the hotel , Driving around the curve was way to tied and narrow for the car on our way out we scratch the car on the pad of carpet they had stuck on the wall . So they knew that it was a tied fit.

The rooms were a nice size and very clean. Loved being on the ground floor with a little garden area right outside our rooms. The staff was very friendly. The hand written personalized note along with an uplifting quote was such a nice gesture by your check-in staff. No complaints about our stay! I would definitely go back when visiting Lyon.
